2. Telephone guidance service
The telephone guidance service is provided by Law Express Ltd, an independent legal helpline. By purchasing a call, you enter into a contract with Law Express Ltd for one telephone call providing general guidance. Law Express Ltd advisers are experienced legal advisers, not practising solicitors. They provide practical guidance based on what you describe verbally — they do not review documents, do not provide regulated legal advice, and do not form a solicitor-client relationship with callers.
3. What you are buying
Your payment (£49 personal or £79 business) gives you one telephone call with an experienced legal adviser from Law Express Ltd. The adviser provides general guidance based on what you describe verbally during the call — they do not review your documents in advance or during the call. The service does not include regulated legal advice from a solicitor, written advice, document drafting or review, court representation, or ongoing case management. Callback is within 2 hours during business hours.
4. Your cancellation rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day right to cancel. By requesting immediate callback you agree to begin the service during the cancellation period and waive your right to cancel once the service has started.
5. Refunds
If your callback is not made within the time promised, you are entitled to a full refund. If you are dissatisfied with the call, please contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.
6. Limitations of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
